Arizona Element Elite is a premier cheerleading, Tumbling and soon to be Ninja training facility located in Peoria, Arizona. We are looking for passionate and dedicated coaches to join our team.

Our coaches are responsible for teaching and motivating our athletes, creating a safe and positive training environment, and helping our athletes reach their full potential.

We are looking for coaches who have:

A passion for cheerleading, Tumbling and Ninja

A strong understanding of the sport

The ability to teach and motivate athletes of all ages and skill levels

The ability to create a safe and positive training environment

The ability to work independently and as part of a team
